3DQuickPress for SolidWorksv6.3.1

3DQuickPress for SolidWorks is a powerful 3D progressive mold design software. Using this software allows designers to use powerful 3D design tools.

3DQuickPress for SolidWorksv6.3.1

The software simplifies the workflow of progressive mold design. It also has 5 Design the environment, and expand the parts documents together according to the designer’s workflow documents, strip layout design documents, punching design assembly documents and mold setting design assembly documents. Design changes will be transformed according to the design workflow. The 3DQuickPress for SolidWorks Full version can convert data into strip layout design.

Once the strip layout design is completed, PRL will convert the rest back to Data. The software needs to handle all the operating details of the metal parts, so the top and bottom surfaces of the metal part model must be considered during the entire design process, and all the recognition functions can be switched to different states by using the shortcut menu to complete this. Friends in need hurry up to download the experience.

Features:

1. Unfolding-hem The hem feature is a new feature that can handle narrow folding areas along the edges of the part.

2.Curved corner The curved corner feature represents the connection area between the two curved features.

3. QF flange tool (installed with the necessary 3DQuickForm Professional version) QF flange tool is a function to calculate the rough contour of the forming area by using the 3DQuickForm Professional solver. As a result, the blank outline will be created as a plane, which can be used to set user-defined features. The QF flange tool can also expand the flange area.

4. Mould group The mould group is used to define the mould template of the designated workstation on the strip layout. Multiple mold templates can be assigned to a single strip layout on different workstations. This is especially useful when defining table molds.

5.The new function of nesting nesting function: when using blank parts to nest the pilot position, the width should be limited, and the nesting constraint on the blank parts is the result of multiple nesting.

6. UAR bending overrun and overbending function will support UAR bending. The operation is the same as adding the superbend to the normal bending feature.

7. Bending punch preview The preview of the bending punch has been added. When creating a curved hole punch, a preview of the resulting curved hole punch component is displayed. The size of the bending punch and die assembly can be adjusted by changing the parameters.

8. User-defined cutting and bending punch parameters.

Cutting punch and bending punch templates support user-defined parameters. Use the "PRL Param.def" file or PRL table as the standard PRL template for user-defined components, and you can introduce user-defined parameters into the cutting punch and bending punch templates.

9. Automatically stretch and rotate the cut parts to open

The extrusion and rotation cutting options in the part opening function can automatically identify the target part according to the hole sketch definition. If the defined hole sketch intersects the target part, the cut hole

will be created automatically without manually selecting the corresponding hole sketch.

10. The standard punching machine supports automatic extrusion cutting in the part opening.

The standard round punch inserted from the standard catalog supports the automatic extrusion cutting option in the component opening function.

11. Use advanced file attributes in engineering drawing documents. The

advanced file attributes function can be used to edit the file attributes of engineering drawing files.

12. Component group and animation tool The

component group is the function of grouping the parts in the mold assembly. It also provides a tool to animate the grouped parts according to the mold structure to simulate the movement of the stamping process. Moreover, during the animation of the movement, the interference of the components in the mold can be detected.

13. The new standard component

introduces a new setting method for standard components. To define standard parts, predefined hole definitions are no longer required.

In the new standard part definition, the hole definition is only defined by the hole sketch in the part, and the size of the part is controlled by the SolidWorks design table. A series of new functions have been implemented to merge with the new standard components. These functions include "Insert Component", "Edit Component Size", "Edit Layout Sketch", "Edit Hole Size", "Add Hole", "Delete Hole" and "Rebuild Hole".

14. Use screws to insert standard gas springs. The

new standard component method supports the use of screw fasteners to insert standard gas springs. The number of screws inserted will follow the definition in the gas spring. Changing the configuration of the gas spring will change the number and size of the screws inserted.

15. Hole Contour Manager

Hole Contour Manager is a tool to set the definition of stretch cutting holes in the part. The component opening function can use the defined extrusion cut hole profile and the rotary cut profile to cut the extrusion cut hole.

16. Tools for shoulders, round shoulders, grooves and heels

A new tool for punching detailed information has been added. These new tools can be used to add punch functions (such as shoulders, round shoulders, grooves, and heels) to punch components.

17. The cleaning tool

adds a gap tool to create relief cuts and gap holes for selected entities. This tool is mainly used to deal with grooving caused by interference.

The bending function is used for the intermediate step

of interference detection 18. The interference detection tool is enhanced to display the intermediate

bending feature. The user can display multiple steps of the bending feature during the formation process of the bending feature for interference checking.

Instructions for use:

1. Integration of 3DQuickPress and 3DQuickForm:

Using version 6 and 3DQuickForm version 3.2, you can now directly apply the blank development results of 3DQuickForm to the unfolded model. You can unfold complex molded parts without losing the benefits of automatic functions. And you can get a feature-based unfolding model with blank development results.

3DQuickPress have both benefits and 3DQuickForm of

Direct output 3DQuickForm blank map developed to provide user-defined functions:

· Automatic creation of illegal surface blue

-flange feature multi-step expansion

-expand to the original blank surface

Second, expand - hem

hem feature is an A new feature that can handle narrow folds along the edge of the part. The following steps will show how to set the hem function in the expanded section.

1. Click Expand on the 3DQP toolbar.

2. Select the highlighted surface as the fixed surface, and then click "OK" in the expanded part.

3. The RMB on the sheet metal object and select the user-assisted recognition...

4. Click Add to add the function.

5. Select the element type as UAR Hem.

6. Select the highlighted face as the characteristic face (for the face inside the hem, please use RMB Choose, then choose other).

7. Enter 0.2mm as the hem radius and 180deg as the hem angle.

8. Click "OK" to rebuild the expanded part.

9. The hem function has been created.

3. The corner feature represents the connection area between the two bend features. The following steps will show how to set the corner feature in the unfolded part.

1. Click to expand on the 3DQP toolbar.

2. Select the highlighted face as the fixed face, and then click "OK".

3. The RMB on the sheet metal object and select the user-assisted recognition...

4. Click Add to add the function.
